Tub Leak Causes Damage To Multiple Floors In Home

Our SERVPRO of Southern Lorain County team got called out to this Rocky River home for emergency services. An unnoticed leak from a tub on the second floor of the home caused water to find its way down to the basement. The water affected the bedroom and bathroom on the second floor, the office on the first floor and utility room in the basement. As you can from the picture on the top left, the hardwood floors are starting to lift and the ceiling started to come down onto the floors.

Our dedicated team got right to work to remove the damaged flooring and set equipment for drying. Our customers were so pleased at how quickly we came to the rescue.
